What is exactly a 3D Treasure Box?

A diorama, i.e. a model that is built from unique UV printed elements and captures a scene, with countless optional features, LED lighting. The printing is done entirely by us, tailored to you! :)

Can I request a completely custom print?

Yes, we can make all the elements individually printed for you, you can browse your own images in the products.

What is a LEGO compatible base for?

If you want to set up your LEGO collection, you can request a LEGO base on the bottom, in several colors for +1490 HUF and you can decorate it yourself.

Did you get any small cars (matchbox, hot wheels)?

Currently, more than 1000+ variations are available from stock, for individual requests, contact us at info@3dtreasurechest.com.

Do you also make the characters?

No, we purchase and resell the licensed characters from a foreign partner, and we purchase them from China without exception.

Do you make the diorama elements?

No, we currently purchase the completely empty base material from China, which we always print with UV, and replace the LED electronics.

Shipping

How long is the average delivery time?

In most cases, it is 4-5 working days to EU and UK, as we make several items individually and print them with UV, except if you request a driver, it is 3-4 working days, and the character one is currently 8-10 working days.

Is it possible to speed up the delivery?

Yes, you can request it with an SOS surcharge, in which case we will complete it within 1 working day. This applies only to empty dioramas.

Will the product arrive to me assembled?

No, the product will always arrive to you in elements, for which we provide a short instruction manual, you can assemble it in 1-2 minutes.

Can I pick it up in person?

Yes, you can pick it up in person at our store at Baross utca 44, Szolnok (Los Polos Pólóműhely) during working hours.

Which courier service is available?

Express One and DPD home delivery 1490 HUF, FoxPost machine 990 HUF.

Are there multiple sizes avaliable?

No, currently only one size is available.

Can I request LED light?

Each diorama we sell comes with LED light, its own switch, and USB.

I have a warranty question, can you help?

Of course, feel free to write to info@3dtreasurebox.com and we will help you, we offer a 6-month warranty on all products.

Can multiple dioramas be stacked on top of each other?

Yes, they are all stackable, don't forget to ask for the connecting arms in the shop free of charge.

What does a gift box mean?

We make a custom printed box, which you can also see on the Accessories page.
